NZ Pug Rescue

Pug Photo Updates

Update photos of our Rescue Pugs from their owners.  Many thanks for sending them to me.

"Sam"

Sent to me 22 September 2006, a much older and still healthy looking Sam.

Update: August 07 - Sam was diagnosed with diabeties in June and now requires careful diet and insulin injections twice daily, so has rejoined the Gordon Clan to live with all the other special needs Pugs. He's doing great and having a ball with his new Pug family.

"Millie"

Following a family bereavement, Millie went to stay in a foster home earlier this year (2006).  That home has now become permanent.  Pic is of Millie, well and truly settled in, snuggled up with her new "Big Brother".

"Pugzi"

Picture taken May 2007.

"Molly"

The latest look from our dear wee Molly.

Molly suffered an eye injury in April this year (2007).  Treatment wasn't proving successful so it was decided in her best interests to have it removed.  This amazing little girl turned 11 years old at the beginning of this year and took it all in her stride. Within 24 hours of the eye being removed, she was back outside protecting her back yard from the stock in the paddock, as though nothing had happened.

"Jack"

January 2008.  Jacks placement has been a huge success and is now permanent.  Here he is with his new friend.
